Our Staff
We maintain a staff of highly trained employees who are available to help
you during office hours. We work in close consultation with the surgeons so
that if questions or problems arise we can usually manage them quickly, in the
office or by phone. Please call on them if you have questions regarding
pre-operative or post-operative care or any business dealings with our
office.
Our Offices
We maintain two office locations for the convenience of our patients.
Office appointments are scheduled through our offices in Bedford
(817-267-2678) or Grapevine (817-488-5250. To provide you with the most
efficient service, we suggest you visit the same office each time you have
an appointment. We realize your time is valuable: One of our goals is to
see you as soon as possible. However, emergency situations may occasionally
arise which are unavoidable. We will make every attempt to reach you by
phone if your appointment time is going to be delayed. We also suggest that
you call the office prior to leaving home to help ensure that you will be
seen on time.
Our Policies
While our office will assist
you in explaining your insurance coverage and contacting your insurance
company to verify benefits, you are still responsible for your account. In
cases where your insurance company questions the appropriateness of charges
for surgical procedures, or even refuses to pay, we will do everything
possible to make sure you get the maximum benefits under the terms of your
policy. Your safety and comfort are our greatest concern and we will not
compromise them -regardless of what routine your insurance company suggests
we follow.
